Refund policy
All items are considered final sale.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of any items that have been damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly.
Returns/Exchanges:
All purchase are considered final sale. We take great pride in the quality of our products and we package all items with as much care as possible to ensure items don’t arrive broken but sometimes damages do occur to fragile items during shipment. If this occurs, please report any damages via email to Xtinas_Cr8tions@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include the following information in your email:
Name, Order Number, Reason of return
Please include a picture of the damaged items as well as how the box arrived.
Please email info@xtinascr8tions.ca to receive instructions prior to shipping anything back to us, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After review of your email, we will contact you and provide you with return shipping documentation and instructions. Products must be received with in thirty (30) days after initial delivery to be accepted for a refund/exchange (less the shipping cost). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unwashed and its original condition. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or packing slip at time of return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/replacement has been approved. Please allow approximately five (5) business days to inspect the product and do quality control. If replacement is not available at time of return a refund will be provided. Refunds will be issued your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
