Shipping policy

At Xtina's Cr8tions, our goal is to ensure your products are packaged safely and delivered in the quickest and most economical way possible.

Xtina's Cr8tions is currently only offering shipping within Canada.

Canada Shipping:  Free shipping on standard orders over $130 

We currently use Canada Post for our delivery services.  Standard shipping for orders up to $130.00 are calculated at checkout.   Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery, or refer to your tracking number for updates on the arrival time.

Please note if your delivery is going to a remote location, free shipping does not apply.

Stock

In some instances a product may sell out before we have the chance to update our website. If you purchase an out of stock item, we will contact you with an estimated stock date. If that date does not fit your schedule, we will reimburse you 100%.

Porch Pick Up - Free

We offer free local pick up at our Toronto location. Simply select the 'Porch Pick-Up' option on the checkout page. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up. You must present a valid ID together with the order number. 

Orders must be picked up within 15 days of being notified. Orders not picked up within 15 days will be automatically refunded and canceled.

Important: Please wait to be notified that your order is ready for pickup before you come to collect your order.
